Development Update:
Al Kabir Orchard is currently undergoing fast-paced development. When Al Kabir Developers took over from Al Ehsan Garden, many houses were already present, but all new constructions are part of the Al Kabir Orchard development.
The first residential plan in Sector A was based on a 3-year payment plan and has been completed, with possession now available. Afterward, a second plan was introduced under the name Overseas Prime, offering plots with a 3.5-year installment plan. The plots ranged from 3 Marla to 5 Marla, and this project has now been fully sold out.
The latest block, named Ozas Block, was launched a few years ago and features 3 Marla, 5 Marla, 10 Marla, and 1 Kanal plot. This block comes with a 3-year installment plan and has quickly attracted attention due to its prime location near GT Road.
