Rent Policy:-
- The completion period of the project is 2 years. The purchaser shall be entitled to receive rent @ 0.7 % per month;
- Purchaser shall be entitled to receive rent from the date of booking if pays 100% amount at the time of booking.
- Purchaser shall be entitled to receive 50% rent after 4 months of booking if pays 50% amount at the time of booking.
- In case of booking on 3 years payment plan or booking with less than 50% payment, purchaser shall be entitled to receive rent after 2 years subject to clearance of 100% amount. Purchaser shall be entitled to receive rent after two years even after completion of 100% amount before committed time.
- Rent amount may change due change of price of any unit.
- Rent will be increased @ 5% every year after completion of 100% amount.
Rooms in Possession:
Rent on 7 rooms # 3014 to 3020 will not be offered as these rooms will remain with possession of purchaser throughout the period.
Stay in Hotel
A complimentary 18 nights stay is allowed to the purchaser and these 18 nights can be avail in the following manner;
- 1st Quarter (Mar-May)= 5 days 2nd Quarter (Jun-Aug)= 4 days
- 3rd Quarter (Sep-Nov)= 5 days 4th Quarter (Dec-Feb)= 4 days
During the stay purchaser will be entitled to avail
- All the facilities of 4 Star hotels free of charge.
- 1000 will be charged per night as service charges during the free stay.
- Discounts on meals between 10% to 20%.
Lease Agreement:-
- On booking purchaser will enter into an agreement of Long Term Lease for 10 years, this lease agreement will remain extendable with mutual consent.
Sale of Unit:-
- The developer shall have the first right to buy back that unit at a fair market price if a purchaser wants to sell. In case of the developer wouldn’t be able to purchase then he can sell it directly into the market.

- Room sizes mentioned in the payment plan are approximate however a list of exact room sizes is also enclosed. Price and Rent will be decided according to the exact size of the room.
